Changing letting agent is very simple,
we will go through your existing agency
agreement. We will contact your agent on your
behalf to explain your terms to leave,and advise
you on serving notice. Then on to the
next stage in the process
Handle Paper and Legal Work
Once notice has been given to you agent,
we will contact your tenant and support them through the change in managament process.
We then create a new digital tenancy agreement to
be signed by Tenant(s).
Rent Collection & Management
Once the agreement is signed and sent to both Landlord and Tenant. We organise the transfer of deposit and set up monthly rental payment via standing order with your Tenant and begin rent collection on your behalf. Rent Guarantee is included in our
fully managed package, giving you peace of mind.
